- 1.5 oz blanco tequila
- 4 oz Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix
- Juice of half a lime
- Ice
- Garnish: lime wheel, pickled jalapeño, celery
Instructions

Fill a pint glass to the top with ice.

Add the tequila and the lime juice.

Top with 4 oz of well-shaken Red Eye mix and stir gently.

Garnish with a lime wheel, a pickled jalapeño and a celery stalk.
Tip: A reposado works too — it adds a soft oak note behind the pepper.
