Red Eye Michelada
The easiest way to turn a cheap cold beer into something worth sipping slow. Three ounces of Red Eye, a Mexican lager and a salted rim.

- 3 oz Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 cold Mexican lager (12 oz)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Coarse salt or chili salt for the rim
- Ice
Instructions

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a pint glass and dip it in coarse or chili salt.

Fill the glass with ice and squeeze in half a lime.

Pour in 3 oz of well-shaken Red Eye mix.

Top slowly with cold lager, stir once and garnish with a lime wedge.
Tip: Pour the beer down the side of the glass so you keep the head and the fizz.
