Bloody Mary Beef Marinade
Red Eye already has the acid, salt and horseradish a good marinade needs. Add soy, Dijon and garlic and you have a flank steak or brisket soak that pulls double duty as a pan sauce.

- 1 cup Red Eye Bloody Mary Mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- Black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients.

Pour over flank steak, brisket or sirloin.

Marinate 4–24 hours, then grill or roast to perfection.

Bonus: reduce the leftover marinade in a pan for a punchy sauce.
Tip: Boil any marinade that touched raw beef for a full minute before serving it as sauce.
